At OdonataCo, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over your information. We believe financial and emotional wellness data deserves the highest level of care and transparency.
We collect information you provide directly, including your email address, mood check-in data, financial transaction records, budget categories, debt information, and journal notes. We also collect basic usage data to improve the app experience.
Your data is used solely to power your personal OdonataCo experience — generating insights, tracking progress, and providing personalized coaching support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We understand the sensitivity of financial and emotional data. All data you enter — including mood scores, spending habits, and journal notes — is private to your account only. No other users can access your data.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. We use Base44's infrastructure, which is protected by enterprise-grade security practices.
Subscription payments are processed by Base44 Payments. We do not store your credit card details. Payment data is handled directly by Base44 Payments in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
We may send you transactional emails such as daily check-in reminders and budget alerts. You can disable these at any time from your Settings page.
You may request full deletion of your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed from our systems.
We use minimal cookies and local storage solely to maintain your authentication session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date below. Continued use of OdonataCo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
